UMATTR Terms of Service

By accessing or using our website [umattr.ca] (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to certain programs and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

2. Services Provided

UMATTR provides an online platform hosted by Wix.com that allows users to:

• Purchase products and services.

• Book services, programs, and courses.

• Manage pricing plans.

• Register for membership to access orders, programs, profiles, and subscriptions.

• Participate in a loyalty and referral program.

Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.

3. Account Registration and Membership

To access certain features of the Site, including membership benefits, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date. Members can:

• View and manage their orders.

• Access enrolled programs and courses.

• Update their profile and contact information.

• Manage subscriptions.

• Track rewards and bookings.

4. Loyalty and Referral Programs

Loyalty Program:
Members earn points through purchases, bookings, and participation in designated activities. Points can be redeemed for rewards as outlined in our rewards program. The details and terms of the loyalty program may change and will be posted on the Site.

Referral Program:
Members can earn 50 points for each friend referred to UMATTR who creates an account and makes a purchase. Referrals must be made through the proper channels provided on the Site. Abuse of the referral program, such as creating multiple accounts or using fraudulent means, will result in disqualification from the program.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from:

• Using the Site for any illegal activities.

• Attempting to interfere with the Site’s security features.

• Uploading or transmitting any viruses or malicious code.

• Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their consent.

6. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.

Payments are securely processed via Wix.com’s payment gateways, which adhere to PCI-DSS standards. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

The Site is hosted on Wix.com, which provides the online platform allowing us to sell our products and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services outside of those provided by Wix. You acknowledge and agree that UMATTR is not liable for any damages or losses caused by your use of third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UMATTR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Site.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless umattr and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
