"The first time I met Lornette we connected right away but I did not know what the connection meant. As we got to know each other and she shared with me her life journey I understood the connection. Lornette overcame challenges and she shared how her faith and coaching helped her to manage. I listened to her share about coaching and how she incorporates her faith as a daily practice with coaching and encouraging the young people she coaches to sweat it out. I thought that is a good strategy to physically sweat it out because it releases the stress. I got so motivated to be physically active.
